In this role, the Product Developer will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of hard ballistic products, from conceptualization and design to testing and implementation. This will involve working with a variety of advanced materials, including metals, composites, compounds, and ceramics, to create innovative and effective protective solutions.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Conceptualizing and designing new hard ballistic plates or "tiles" and related components based on market needs and performance requirements.
• Conducting research and evaluating the properties and applications of various materials, including metals, composites, compounds, and ceramics, for hard ballistic applications.
• Developing and testing prototypes to evaluate their performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborating closely with materials scientists, engineers, and production teams throughout the product development process.
