What You’ll Do

• Lead product, material, and process qualifications for new and existing products
• Coordinate product and packaging readiness with technical and commercial stakeholders
• Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory and internal standards
• Develop and maintain technical product specifications
• Support sustainability initiatives and contribute to IP protection efforts

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in engineering, natural sciences, or a related field
• Several years of experience in technical, project-based roles ideally in personal care, consumer goods, or healthcare
• Hands-on experience with product / process validation and design control
• Strong collaboration skills within cross-functional, international teams
• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills; SPC knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, 21 CFR regulations (a plus, not a must)
• Fluent in German (C1+) and English (B2+)
