  6. Help establish a design culture within the company as we grow
  7. Champion best-in-class software design and development processes
  8. Bring our brand to life across all customer-facing touchpoints, including products and print materials
Requirements
  1. 3-5 years of demonstrated experience designing both UX and UI for SaaS products
  2. Passion for design and solving UX, UI, and interaction challenges
  3. Ability to think through complex interaction designs
  4. Proficiency in expressing ideas through visuals and prototyping (we use Figma)
  5. Willingness to support brand and marketing design beyond product UX/UI
  6. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build trust
  7. Hunger to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, curious mindset
  8. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects
  9. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
  10. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and own your work
