Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Product Designer to lead discovery, UX/UI design, and prototype development for SaaS/enterprise products in the UK. You will partner with engineers and product managers to translate complex problems into elegant user experiences and scalable design systems.

You will combine research insights with AI-enabled design approaches, balancing user needs with business goals, and communicating decisions clearly across teams.

Qualifikationen

• Based in the United Kingdom.
• 3+ years proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
• High proficiency in Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX flows, and visual design skills.
• Strong interest in AI and experience exploring how AI can be incorporated into the design process and product experiences.
• Experience working on SaaS or enterprise products; insurance or fintech experience is a bonus.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Comfortable switching between big-picture product strategy and pixel-level detail.
• Strong communication skills; ability to explain decisions clearly and collaborate across teams.
