ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Designer at Elfie, based out of our Paris office, you will directly contribute to saving lives by creating intuitive, engaging digital experiences that make health tracking simple and motivating. Your role involves designing user-friendly interfaces for the mobile app that transform complex health data into accessible interactions, helping to increase patient engagement and support our goal of maximizing global health impacts.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work closely with product managers to understand core product challenges
• Design user interfaces and experiences for Elfie’s target audience
• Create comprehensive design solutions using Figma
• Develop user journey flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research and interaction analysis
• Optimize user experience through data-driven insights
• Create prototypes and UI assets
• Iteratively improve design based on user feedback and analytics

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 4+ years UI/UX design experience (B2C mobile app)
• Strong mobile application design portfolio
• Expert-level Figma skills
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Suite a plus)
• Excellent English communication skills (French preferred but not mandatory)
