About the role :

As a Product Designer, you’ll shape user experiences that improve lives. You’ll lead design on key projects—from onboarding and checkout to managing prescriptions and repeat orders. Collaboration across teams, informed by research and data, is vital, and advocating for the customer is a priority.

What You’ll Do :

• Design thoughtful, intuitive, and inclusive experiences across web and app platforms
• Simplify complex healthcare flows for clarity and ease of use
• Utilize insights (both quantitative and qualitative) to inform design strategies
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers
• Promote a customer-first mindset throughout the product and design lifecycle
• Contribute to and enhance our design system for consistency, scalability, and accessibility

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in e-commerce, healthcare, or regulated sectors
• A portfolio demonstrating impactful, user-centered design solutions
• Strong UX, UI, and interaction design skills with attention to usability and detail
• Experience working with data to guide design decisions
