Job summary

Delivery Hero ищет Staff Product Designer для формирования траектории трекинга заказов в 70+ странах и брендах, включая Talabat, foodpanda и Glovo. Вы будете вести процесс от идеи до запуска, сопроводив команду исследовательскими данными и дизайн-метриками.

Ключевые задачи — развивать дизайн-системы, усилить визуальный стиль и доступность, работать кросс-функционально с менеджерами и инженерами, а также наставлять младших дизайнеров и продвигать культуру пользователь‑центрированного мышления.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта как продакт-дизайнера, работа в сложных платформах ( apps приветствуются ).
• Опыт участия в дизайн-системах и разработки визуальных концепций.
• Умение мыслить стратегически, вести семинары/воркшопы, анализировать дизайн-метрики.
• Свободное владение Figma и инструментами прототипирования.
• Четкая коммуникация и управление заинтересованными лицами, командный стиль.
• Плюсом будет опыт проектирования B2C продуктов и анимаций.

Responsibilities

• Владение и переработка end-to-end процесса трекинга заказов, от идеи до релиза, чтобы он был интуитивен и визуально привлекательен.
• Использование исследований, обратной связи пользователей и A/B тестирования для улучшения пути заказов.
• Вклад в продуктовую дорожную карту и приоритизацию функций для улучшения вовлеченности и качества сервиса.
• Сотрудничество с исследователями, менеджерами продукта и инженерами; проведение воркшопов и дизайн-спринтов.
• Развитие визуального дизайна, взаимодействий и доступности; поддержка дизайн-системы на всех платформах.
• Наставничество коллег-дизайнеров и формирование культуры постоянного улучшения и клиент-ориентированности.

As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll shape how millions of customers track their orders across 70+ countries and brands including Talabat, foodpanda, PedidosYa, Glovo and HungerStation. You’ll own the order tracking experience from first idea to launch, and set its direction across the Delivery Hero group of consumer apps.

Own and revamp the order tracking experience end to end, from ideation to launch, so it is intuitive, visually compelling and technically feasible. Use research insights, user feedback and A/B test results to refine the order tracking journey. Contribute to and refine the product roadmap, prioritising features that improve engagement and the delivery experience. Co-create with researchers, product managers and engineers, and facilitate workshops and design sprints to align teams. Champion visual design, interaction design and accessibility, and contribute to the design system so the experience stays consistent across platforms. Mentor other designers and help build a culture of continuous improvement and user-centricity.

5+ years as a product designer, designing complex platforms (app experience is essential). Experience contributing to design systems. Strong visual design skills and a user-centric mindset. Strategic thinking, including workshop facilitation and design metrics analysis. Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
