To support our Agent Platform Team at the Hamburg headquarters, we are looking for you as a Product Designer (f/m/d) with immediate effect (40 hours). Act as a customer advocate throughout the entire product development process with a focus on our Agent Platform, while also being a valuable sparring partner for our product managers and developers.

Responsibilities that let you grow

1. You will empower the cross-functional product team to deliver a best-in-class user experience, enabling users to achieve their goals through a user-centric approach.
2. Use iteration and continuous optimization to improve quality at each step.
3. Become responsible for our Agent platform product teams concerning UX & UI.
4. Participate in, prepare, and follow up on user research in collaboration with the user research and business strategy team.
5. Leverage qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, translating insights into product design concepts.
6. Maintain consistency and quality standards across products.

Your profile that inspires us

1. Bring 2-3 years of experience in digital product design.
2. Have solid research skills and the ability to design autonomously in an agile environment.
3. Pay attention to detail and willingness to explore new paths.
4. Proficient in using Figma or comparable tools.
5. Experience working with design systems, usability testing, and user research tools.
6. Excellent communication skills in German and English.
