Miro Group is seeking an early/mid-career IC product designer to enhance AI features in their product. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, focusing on interaction design while fostering a user-centric approach. Candidates should have at least 5 years of design experience and be proficient in Figma.

We’re looking for an early/mid-career IC product designer to join our team designing AI features for Miro. You'll apply a customer-centric approach to complex problem-solving and collaborate with other designers from some of the highest-profile companies in the world.
This role will focus on the interaction design needs of our AI work streams - while being part of the multidisciplinary UX team creating the vision of human x AI collaboration within Miro.
You'll need a solid portfolio demonstrating both creative execution and systematic design thinking. Experience designing products powered by generative AI would be an advantage.
We operate in a fast-paced environment and get to have a direct impact on the millions of users who rely on Miro to collaborate. As a part of our Product Design team, you will contribute to our design process, culture, and experience principles and set new standards for design quality.
Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with 2 days a week in the office.
