We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer (m/f/d) who is passionate about crafting intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. In this role, you’ll transform complex requirements into elegant interfaces—working side by side with developers, product managers, and clients to create products that truly resonate with users.

Your Responsibilities

Design responsive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

Create wireframes , interactive prototypes , and high-fidelity mockups to bring ideas to life.

Conduct user research , interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.

Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure your designs are implemented as intended.

Help shape and maintain our design systems , style guides , and UI standards.

Continuously contribute new ideas , tools , and methods to raise the quality of our work.

Your Profile

• You have a strong grasp of user-centered design principles and a keen eye for digital aesthetics.
• You’re proficient in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or comparable design platforms.
• You know how to design intuitive interfaces and user flows that balance business needs with great usability.
• You’re experienced in wireframing, prototyping, and conducting user research or usability testing.
• You enjoy close collaboration within cross-functional teams and give as well as receive feedback constructively.
• You have a degree or training in UX/UI design, HCI, digital media, or bring equivalent practical experience.
