Product Designer

• 100% remote
• M-F, 40 hours per week

Duration: 6 months; can extend based off business needs
Pay: $70-75 per hour W2

• Overview: We’re seeking a designer to support high-impact projects for the Merchant Finance, Tax, and Reporting team.
• Own the end-to-end design (user flows, interaction, visual, etc.) across multiple products and projects
• Provide implementation guidance to engineers and ensure features launch at the highest quality
• Use quantitative data and qualitative feedback to inform the design decisions iteratively.
• Clearly articulate your thinking throughout the design process, participate and present in reviews and work sessions to develop solutions further
• Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as UX Research, Product Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations, and Marketing.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a product/UX designer in a relevant industry
• Prior design experience with finance, tax, data visualization, or reporting is a big plus
