Your Impact :

• Collaborate closely with coaches and customers to identify experience gaps and turn insights into high-impact design solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and brand teams to ship beautiful, functional design at scale.
• Evolve the company’s design system, style guides, and end-to-end process across teams.
• Bring clarity and quality to complex challenges in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

What You Bring :

6+ years of experience in product / UI / UX design, ideally within product-led tech companies.

Mastery of design and prototyping tools like Figma.

Experience designing for multiple interfaces — mobile apps, web, signage, motion, or educational content.

Curiosity and adaptability, eager to learn, collaborate, and grow.

Full professional proficiency in English (German is a plus).
