We are seeking an exceptional Product Design Manager to lead the strategic design direction of our Employee Email product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Group Product Manager and Engineering Managers, to drive impactful, user-centered design.

You will lead a talented team of 3-4 Product Designers and report directly to the VP of Product Experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Understand and empathize with users to define the long-term UX strategy for Employee Email and champion this vision.
• Promote design quality and consistency, focusing on information architecture, accessibility, research, and design thinking.
• Lead, mentor, and grow your team, fostering development and effective design processes.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Align team efforts with company goals, producing research and design outcomes, and remaining hands-on when needed.
• Drive holistic design leadership, improving user experience and business impact.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams and communicate progress and achievements across stakeholders.
• Advocate for end-users, ensuring continuous improvement of the experience.

What You Need To Be Successful

• 7+ years in product/UX design, with 2+ years managing designers.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating leadership and hands-on experience.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a design team.
• Strong collaboration experience with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to align design strategy with business objectives.
• Collaborative approach involving research, data, and team input.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and strategic vision.
