Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced product leader to own complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery to launch within a fast-moving mobility context in Munich. You’ll drive problem definition, solution framing and execution across engineering, design and business teams.

You will align stakeholders, set a clear product direction, and mentor design with a strong emphasis on user experience, usability and measurable impact across the organization.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Product Management, Product Design or a hybrid Product & Design role
• Proven track record of leading complex initiatives from problem definition to successful delivery
• Strong customer-first mindset and excellent product judgement
• Comfortable working across multiple teams and disciplines rather than within a single product squad
• Self-driven with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership
• Strong understanding of UX and product design with the ability to provide direction and constructive feedback
• Excellent communication skills in English

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Figma and modern design tools
• Technical background or strong technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineers
• Experience building products that combine software and physical hardware
• Experience within e-mobility, EV charging or mobility
• German language skills
