YOUR TASKS

1. Create quotation, order, and change calculations including re-evaluation of individual & customized solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Project Management, Product Management, and Development.
2. Support sales at all global RECARO locations in preparing quotations regarding product configuration & quotation strategy.
3. Perform price and value analysis as well as evaluation of open book calculations.
4. Support global supplier negotiations.
5. Perform & evaluate global supplier analysis of manufacturing processes for technical and commercial risks.
6. Define cost-saving potentials, coordinate with relevant interfaces, and manage deviations accordingly.
7. Ensure compliance with the "design to cost" process; evaluate development ideas/concepts for cost plausibility (comparing actual to target costs).
8. Initiate and promote innovative manufacturing processes & new technologies within interdisciplinary project teams, ensuring cost transparency and developing decision templates.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1. Completed studies in Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification.
2. Relevant professional experience in technical sales, product costing, or a technical role in customer projects, ideally in the aviation industry.
3. Good knowledge of product and project management.
4. Proficiency in MS-Office, especially MS-Excel.
5. Excellent English skills and good written and spoken German skills.
6. Analytical thinking, organizational talent, communicative competence, and initiative.
7. Experience with Siemens TC-PLM platform and SAP.
