What You Will Do
- Champion Global Compliance: Ensure the materials in our products align with international regulations (like REACh, RoHS, and cosmetics standards) by managing internal testing processes.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with evolving global standards and proactively integrate changes into our testing and compliance framework.
- Own the Documentation Process: Create, maintain, and share key compliance documents to support customer needs and regulatory transparency across all media platforms.
- Drive Supplier Accountability: Identify and report non-compliant materials, work with suppliers on substitutions, and ensure smooth and timely integration of approved alternatives.
- Streamline Data Collection: Design smart, clear declaration templates to gather essential information from suppliers about hazardous substances in raw materials.
What You Should Bring
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in product compliance, material testing, or regulatory affairs, ideally within a manufacturing or consumer goods environment
- Solid understanding of international regulations such as REACh, RoHS, and cosmetics directives
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze material data and ensure regulatory accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Proactive mindset with a collaborative attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global setting
