We are looking for you to fill the position of Product Compliance Manager on a part-time or full-time basis at 30 to 40 hours per week.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Actively shaping and further developing the compliance system, including developing and implementing compliance tools and compliance management functions
  • Collaborating on and further developing sustainability structures (ESG)
  • Maintaining an overview of the overall regulatory picture and monitoring trends and developments in legal compliance requirements in this area
  • Creating and maintaining compliance-relevant data collection, including managing the resulting reporting obligations and customer
  • Advising and supporting management and various departments on compliance issues
  • Training and supporting employees in relation to compliance
Your Qualifications:
  • Degree in engineering, law, economics, STEM or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally with a focus on RoHS/REACh/Conflict Minerals
  • In-depth knowledge of the relevant legal requirements and standards
  • Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
