Qualifikationen

• Über drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Elektrotechnik, Luftfahrt und Projektmanagement.
• Bereitschaft zu Reisen bis zu zweimal pro Quartal innerhalb Europas.

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Product Change Leader (m/f/d) for ESI and Project Management support".

• Lead and coordinate all contributors from the Product Change Team (PCT) during the change request lifecycle, ensuring all CMPM deliverables are provided on time and with quality.
• Present the Change Request to the Maturity Board and Decision Board to obtain approval for aircraft implementation, gathering all necessary inputs: technical impacts, manufacturing impacts, supply chain repercussions, costs, schedule, point of embodiment, and risks.
• After approval, be responsible for the correct implementation of the change on the aircraft until MOD (Modification) closure and Certification, adhering to the Decision Board mandate, on time, within budget, and with quality.
• Monitor planning and deliverables end-to-end, identify and manage risks and opportunities.
• Provide project visibility and reporting.
• Ensure Design & Industrial Readiness Gates are met after MOD opening and escalate topics to the Central VCB if POE updates are needed.

Your profile:

• Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field.
• Over three years of professional experience in electrical engineering, aerospace, and project management.
• Knowledge of Lean and Risk Management.
• Familiarity with ICC and Google Workspace.
• German language skills are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to twice per quarter within Europe.
