Position: Product Assurance Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

1. Define and maintain product assurance standards in line with customer requirements.
2. Serve as the main contact for all quality-related topics with the customer.
3. Manage the product assurance team for the project.
4. Coordinate experts supporting product assurance tasks within the matrix organization.
5. Plan and manage quality activities based on project-specific requirements.
6. Support planning and execution of SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, MPCBs, PCBs, IRRs, TRBs, ARs, and DRBs.
7. Plan and chair product assurance milestones such as EQSRs, MRRs, TRRs, and QRs.
8. Prepare the project audit plan and support auditors during audits.
9. Implement and control the non-conformance control process.
10. Organize and chair project NRBs.

Your Qualifications

1. A degree in engineering, physics, or a comparable qualification.
2. Several years of professional experience, preferably in Product Assurance within the space industry or in monitoring domestic and foreign suppliers.
3. Decisive and confident in communicating with suppliers and customers.
4. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
5. Flexibility, responsibility, and a proactive work approach.
6. Ability to work independently with excellent organization and attention to detail.
7. Fluent in written and spoken English.
8. Willingness to travel frequently.
