We are seeking a Product Application Specialist based in the DACH region, working remotely across DACH and Europe, primarily in Turkey and Northern Cyprus.

Position

The Product Application Specialist will support one of our key product lines, RI Witness, working as part of a small European team. Experience in a customer-facing role in healthcare or a related field is preferred, especially familiarity with ART industry.

The role involves supporting our commercial teams to grow and maintain market share, assisting with regional installations, providing technical and application support, and conducting onsite training.

You will be the subject matter expert on our products, developing best practices and support materials. A structured approach and strong problem-solving skills are essential. Willingness to travel throughout the DACH region and Turkey is required, and proficiency in German, Turkish, and English is ideal.

Your key responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Cooper Surgical products, including RI Witness and related IT dependencies.
• Manage projects for RI Witness implementation within the region (DACH and Turkey).
• Provide internal and customer-facing support for RI Witness products.
• Coordinate and deliver tailored customer training and support.
• Support annual customer performance reviews.
• Offer remote and on-site post-installation support across EMEA.
• Possess a degree or relevant experience in business, laboratory, or hospital settings.
• Have 2-3 years of experience in a similar technical or IT role.
• Maintain a good customer service attitude.
• Be skilled in problem-solving, working independently, and as part of a team.
• Communicate effectively in German, Turkish, and English, both verbally and in writing.
