The job at a glance

Join our team as a Data Analyst in Product Analytics, where you'll work with stakeholders to define and solve business problems using data. Your solutions may include dashboards, causal inference, or predictive models.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and the Head of Products to analyze data streams and provide insights to improve our products. Your work is vital in helping us reimagine the labor market to make it work for everyone.

Your responsibilities :

  • Partner with and advise Product teams on defining, monitoring, and investigating KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Define behavioral tracking requirements and measurement plans to capture relevant user data.
  • Source data necessary for building dashboards and performance analyses, including data pipeline development.
  • Visualize and explore performance metrics and KPIs using tools like Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, Python, or other visualization tools.
  • Conduct deep dive analyses to uncover insights, such as patterns in customer behavior, correlations between engagement and product features, and their implications for business objectives.
  • Maintain intermediate proficiency in SQL, Python, BI tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI, Tableau), and Product Analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
  • Design and implement behavioral tracking measurement plans, including event schema design.
  • Apply strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, basic machine learning concepts, data visualization, and storytelling.
  • Communicate effectively and manage stakeholder relationships, working within cross-functional analytics teams.
  • Develop strategic and business understanding to anticipate questions that influence product direction.
