Zusammenfassung

A global leader in lighting solutions is seeking a Procurement Support Specialist for a temporary position in Berlin. You will assist in global sourcing activities, support technology projects, coordinate supplier communications, and help with contract negotiations. Ideal candidates have a completed business apprenticeship, initial experience in purchasing, and knowledge of the SAP Purchasing Module. Your new responsibilities

ENI is currently undergoing an exciting transformation process: as part of a carve‑out, the business line is being transferred to the corporate structure of USHIO Inc. as an independent unit. For you as Procurement Support Specialist - Indirect Materials (d / m / f), this means a unique opportunity to actively shape this change.

  • Assist in global technical sourcing activities and ensure compliance with guidelines
  • Support central technology departments in projects and innovation sourcing
  • Coordinate communication with internal / external partners and provide input for decisions
  • Help maintain stakeholder relationships through documentation and reporting
  • Prepare and support price and contract negotiations under guidance of senior staff
  • Use procurement tools for analysis, reporting, and process support
  • Track supplier performance and prepare evaluations
  • Support supplier development measures and workshops
Who we are looking for
  • Completed business apprenticeship with further education in business administration, business management (Fachwirt, Betriebswirt etc.) or comparable
  • Initial professional experience in purchasing or a comparable support function is an advantage
  • Experience in SAP O25 Purchasing Module, with a focus on:
  • Order Processing (creation, modification, and tracking of purchase orders)
  • Data Maintenance (management of master data, updating supplier and material information)
  • Understanding of purchasing processes and business management contexts
  • Team-oriented approach to work, organizational skills, and high service orientation
  • Very good communication skills in German and English
