Job Description
  • Provide interface support to corporate procurement regarding procurement governance, processes, and systems.
  • Support and administer critical procurement tools such as Coupa or SAP MM, focusing on automation and supplier integration.
  • Assist in developing bridging documents for corporate procurement directives and local governance documents related to end-to-end procurement processes, including compliance topics, roll-out, and training in the Business Unit Germany.
  • Monitor and report supply chain statistics and analytics, including inventory, warehousing/logistics, and global spend.
  • Collaborate to align Business Units' governance regulations and policies with local requirements, concerning supply chain, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
  • Create and maintain supply chain master data.
  • Support the identification of business requirements, and implement and optimize relevant applications and tools.
Qualifications and Expectations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
  • At least 2 years of experience in procurement processes and governance.
  • Knowledge of relevant tools (e.g., SAP MM, SRM, BW, eProcurement Catalogues, Procurement Suites).
  • Self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and systematic approach to work.
  • General understanding of the E&P business.
  • Knowledge of relevant markets within the categories of responsibility.
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Committed to company HSE policies and principles, acting responsibly and in accordance with HSE and quality requirements.
