Procurement Specialist | Germany

WHAT WILL YOU DO: ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Group Procurement Manager, you will be the key-person for all the providers and partners in Germany. You will play a key role in driving the stakeholders portfolio growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our business in Germany.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Identify, assess and contact potential hotel and transportation service providers.
2. Develop and maintain a network of reliable and high-quality suppliers.
3. Lead negotiations to secure favorable pricing, terms, and conditions for hotel accommodations and transportation services.
4. Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to identify needs and objectives.
5. Coordinate with hotels, transportation companies and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
6. Prepare periodic reports on procurement activities.
7. Recommend improvements based on data analysis and market trends.
8. Good communication skills and collaboration are crucial for working with cross-functional teams and to drive overall business success.

WORKING HOURS

The job is organized full-time, from Monday to Friday.

WILL YOU BE PART OF THE COMPANY?

ABOUT YOU

• You have 3+ years proven experience in Procurement Depts. preferably in Tour Operators/DMCs, with established relationships with Hotel Chains, Independent hotels, and ground transportation companies with a focus on the German region.
• You have a deep proven knowledge of Hospitality and Transportation Industries.
• You like to travel a lot.
• You are good in communication, building relationships, planning and organizing, and negotiation skills.
• Your German and English language knowledge is at a very good working level.
