STARK, a European defence technology company, is seeking a Procurement Specialist for its Operational department. You will handle procurement tasks for managers across Europe, communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and research cost-effective solutions for raw materials and parts used in production and R&D.

You will manage orders, track deliveries, and collaborate with the quality team to resolve issues. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and an economics background are beneficial.

Qualifikationen

• Higher education; economics will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• 1+ year experience in the same role.
• Basic understanding of logistics and post services.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• English level – intermediate at least.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Experience with orders for microelectronics or electric equipment.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Nice to have NetSuite ERP system.

About the team

We are a team of the Procurement Department which is responsible for all procurement activities of "Stark-defence" LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY — one of the most technological producers of UAVs in the EU. Our work focuses on making best choices to fulfill production and R&D needs of our company in time.

Your mission

We are looking for a skilled Procurement Specialist — team player with good communication skills who will become part of our Operational department.

Responsibilities

• Procurement tasks for manager within the Ukraine and Europe;
• Communication with the suppliers;
• Communication within the company with the inner consumers;
• Research for best prices and solutions for inner consumers;
• Ordering for raw materials and mechanisms for production and R&D;
• Control of orders arrival to the warehouse;
• Cooperation with quality department in situations of “unsatisfied quality”;
• Filling of control of documents arrival.

Qualifications

• High education – economics will be an advantage;
• Good communication skills;
• Work experience in the same role previously not less than 1 year;
• Basic Understanding of logistics and post services;
• Experience in usage of Microsoft 365;
• English level – intermediate at least;
• Ability to work with a couple of tasks at the same time;
• Ability to work with stressful tasks;
• Experience with orders for microelectronics or electric equipment;
• Experience with ERP Systems.

• Experience with ERP System NetSuite.
