Responsibilities

• Assist in developing procurement plans aligned with project requirements to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Support the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, RFQ collection, order placement, delivery follow-up, and goods acceptance
• Coordinate with internal teams (Project Management, Engineering, Warehouse, and Logistics) to align purchasing activities with project timelines
• Assist in managing international shipments and applying the appropriate Incoterms
• Support the procurement of services such as on-site installation and technical support by coordinating contracts and required documentation
• Contribute to the standardization of procurement processes and assist in supplier onboarding and qualification
• Collaborate on the implementation of digital procurement tools and continuous process improvements
• Work closely with Finance and Legal teams to ensure compliance with customs regulations, VAT requirements, and documentation standards
• Help track budgets, monitor supplier performance, and identify procurement-related risks
• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements

Required capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in an international or project-driven environment
• Good understanding of sourcing processes and supplier management
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in Chinese and English; fluent in German is a plus

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• With driver's license
• Ability to prioritize multiple complex situations to deliver successful results
• Outstanding resilience, capable of maintaining composure in fast-paced work environments
