• Well organised, able to manage multiple requests and priorities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

We're looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team reporting to the Head of Procurement. In this role, you'll support sourcing, vendor management and contract administration across the business, helping ensure we buy well, manage supplier relationships effectively, and keep spend under control.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys detail, structure and working across multiple stakeholder groups. You'll be the day-to-day contact for procurement requests, from initial sourcing through to contract renewal.

What You'll Do

• - Experience running RFPs/RFQs and comparing vendor proposals;
• - Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with spend data, budgets and reporting;
• - Good stakeholder management skills, able to work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal and business teams;
• - Well organised, able to manage multiple requests and priorities independently;
• - Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• - Fluency in English.

• - Experience with procurement or P2P platforms (e.g. Zip, Omnea, Pivot);
• - Experience in a fast-growing technology or financial services company;
• - Familiarity with outsourcing registers or third-party risk frameworks in a regulated financial environment.
