Position:

We are hiring a Procurement Specialist for the procurement team to be based in the office of Euromed Pharma DACH in 14979 Großbeeren for immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers, handle inquiries, and assist in the evaluation of supplier performance;
• Prepare and process of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procurement- & quality policies;
• Ensure all procurement documents are properly filed and archived for audit purposes;
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  
  

Requirements:

Your Qualifications:

• Educational Background: High school diploma or university degree. Additional certifications in procurement or related fields are a plus;
• Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role in the pharmaceutical sector;
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with SAGE is an advantage;
• Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English;
• Personal Attributes: Structured, detail- and solution-oriented with strong organizational skills
