Job Description:

Bramwith Consulting is partnering with a leading manufacturing company that is searching for a professional with experience in purchasing & offset management to build up the offset function inside their organisation. Having recently undergone a transformation from being decentralised to a global matrix, they require a candidate with similar transformation experience who can be the key interface between their specialised functions, such as sales & purchasing, managing multiple large-scale global projects simultaneously. This role will share a dual responsibility between offset management & procurement excellence. Candidates with relevant experience in either area are encouraged to apply.

• Building up the offset management function, managing compensation transactions for multiple large-scale global projects.
• Collaborating with sales, purchasing, and segment management teams to develop strategies for implementing compensation transactions for current and future projects.
• Planning, developing, and implementing fulfilment concepts for offset obligations worldwide, in coordination with customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Maintaining regular dialogue with international offset authorities to ensure consistent reporting on offset obligations.
• Designing contractual frameworks considering legal and compliance aspects.
• Establishing and maintaining a network in the offset and manufacturing sector, analyzing foreign procurement markets in cooperation with strategic purchasing.

Procurement Excellence

• Streamlining purchasing and supply chain operations through process optimization and digitalization, managing cross-functional projects to implement digital solutions and automate workflows.
• Providing strategic support for process improvements, organizational initiatives, and optimization projects.
• Monitoring and analyzing business processes to identify further automation and optimization potential.

Experience Required:

• 3+ years of offset management experience within the manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent in English & German.
• Ability to be on-site in Augsburg at least 2 days a week, preferably more.
• Strong knowledge of eSourcing & eProcurement tools.
• Project management & process analysis experience.
