Proclinical is seeking a Procurement Logistics Manager to lead and optimize the final leg of the supply chain, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and customer-focused delivery of goods. This role focuses on managing last-mile logistics, particularly within B2C operations, while driving value creation through procurement and commercial activities. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is key to success in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement last-mile logistics strategies across EMEA for both B2B and B2C channels.
• Drive cost optimization, service innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage sourcing and procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to align logistics capabilities with market needs and customer expectations.
• Oversee relationships with 3PL providers and couriers, ensuring adherence to SLAs, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as delivery accuracy, cost per shipment, customer feedback, and service lead times.
• Champion innovative delivery models, including same-day delivery and sustainable transport solutions.
• Act as a liaison between logistics, procurement, commercial, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and strategic partners.
• Support talent development and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Expertise in inventory management, particularly with distributors and wholesalers.
• Strong experience in managing 3PL partnerships and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Solid financial and commercial acumen, including budget ownership and cost control.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven ability to deliver value-added logistics solutions and manage complex stakeholder networks.
• Proficiency in TMS, route optimization tools, and customer delivery platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Fluency in English and German.
