Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, maintain, and harmonize global procurement policies, guidelines, processes, and tools (including IT tools) to ensure efficient workflows.
  2. Represent Strategic Procurement concerning process, systems & tools, methods, and KPIs.
  3. Drive, support, and monitor the global implementation of procurement best practices, including training programs.
  4. Act as Business Process Owner for the procure-to-pay process within Strategic Procurement.
  5. Collaborate with procurement leaders to deliver best-in-class capabilities and optimize end-to-end procurement processes.
  6. Oversee the procurement digitalization roadmap in collaboration with group strategy and stakeholders.
  7. Lead and support procurement projects and activities.
  8. Develop a data-driven culture and ensure availability of up-to-date, integrated procurement data.
  9. Monitor and report procurement performance.
  10. Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and procedures.
  11. Integrate new departments, functions, or companies into the Meditec Procurement organization.
  12. Lead PMI activities for Strategic Procurement.
  13. Support internal and external audits.
  14. Travel nationally and internationally as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Procurement professional with 5+ years of experience in consulting or international matrix environments, skilled in designing and implementing organizational processes and modern procurement tools globally.
  2. Experience in managing processes related to source-to-contract, purchase-to-pay, and/or global business services.
  3. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging diverse and demanding stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement.
  4. Service-oriented with the ability to contribute strategically and practically to achieve goals.
  5. Strong analytical, conceptual skills, and the ability to make business cases.
  6. Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is preferred.
  7. Good knowledge of SAP-MM and MS Office.
