As a Procurement Coordinator, you will support the procurement process by ensuring timely delivery of materials, handling supplier data, and keeping our systems up to date. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in the world of procurement.
Responsibilities
- Support daily procurement activities and data entry
- Confirm and expedite purchase orders
- Monitor and track deliveries
- Suggest process improvements
- Ensure compliance with our Quality Management System and Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
Job requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Clerical and administrative accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office (Oracle is a plus)
- A team player with problem-solving abilities
Experience & Education:
- High School Diploma or GED AND
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
