• analyze spend data and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities
• work closely with engineering, legal, finance and value stream teams to align sourcing decisions with project needs
• lead complex negotiations, perform cost analysis, and create business cases to maximize value
• manage commercial risks within the supply chain to ensure continuity and resilience
• lead and develop a team of buyers to achieve strategic goals and deliver strong business results

Be our forward thinker

YOU...

• have a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field
• understand Total Cost of Acquisition, contract management and category strategy development
• have experience in strategic sourcing and managing supplier relationships
• can speak both German and English fluently and are confident in negotiations in both languages
• demonstrate strong commercial and financial skills through successful negotiations and strategy
