Procurement Assistant Leased Labor (18 months) (m/f/d)

Your mission
  • Maintain internal procurement purchase order management, including tracking PO delivery status, processing incoming POs, and system entry
  • Manage supplier purchase orders and payments
  • Coordinate with the accounting team to follow up on acceptance, payment processes, and resolve irregular payment issues
  • Handle supplier registration and contract management
  • Improve process efficiency and contribute to automation development
  • Support procurement projects and supplier management
  • Communicate with business departments to clarify purchase requirements, meet expectations, and develop procurement regulations or work instructions
  • Organize process training for internal customers
Your areas of expertise
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in international trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Economics, or related fields
  • Practical procurement experience and strong knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and organizational skills
  • Service-oriented, independent working ability, and responsible approach
  • Fluent in written and spoken Business English; Chinese and German skills are a plus
