Responsibilities:
  1. Support a major CAPEX project as a procurement administrator within a busy and growing department.
  2. Coordinate with the Procurement Director and team.
  3. Handle department coordination, administrative tasks related to contract issuance, vendor interface, and RFQ correspondence.
  4. Utilize systems such as SAP to raise and process invoices, issue payments, and liaise with local and international subcontractors and vendors.
  5. Prepare departmental agendas, reports, presentations, and take minutes.
  6. Maintain procurement database in line with project and corporate standards.
  7. Coordinate executive site visits and onsite/offsite team events.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Experience in administrative tasks and related documentation/systems.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, CRM, or sales/invoicing software.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to interact with multiple key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Prior procurement or project controls administration experience is preferred but not essential.
