Responsibilities:
  • Support a major CAPEX project as a procurement administrator in a busy and growing department.
  • Coordinate with the Procurement Director and team.
  • Handle department coordination, administrative tasks related to contract issuance, vendor interface, and RFQ correspondence.
  • Utilise systems such as SAP to raise and process invoices, issue payments, and liaise with local and international subcontractors and vendors.
  • Prepare departmental agendas, reports, presentations, and minutes.
  • Maintain procurement database in line with project and corporate standards.
  • Coordinate executive site visits and onsite/offsite team events.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Experience in administrative tasks and related documentation/systems.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, CRM, or sales/invoicing software.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to interact with key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Prior procurement or project controls administration experience is preferred but not essential.
