• You are part of the development of highly efficient solar cells and innovative solar modules with a focus on the processes for cell connection.
• You develop, optimize and implement the cell connection processes for the next generation of cells and modules and are responsible in particular for their transfer from the test facilities to the pilot and production lines.
• You will also evaluate and test new technologies with global suppliers and support adaptation work on test machines.
• You will work closely with your colleagues from our Research and Development division on specific issues relating to the new generation of modules.

• You have a degree, ideally in the field of materials science, natural sciences or engineering.
• You have initial professional experience and expertise in the function, manufacture and concepts of solar modules.
• You also have knowledge of soldering, joining and ECA bonding.
• You are a strong communicator and bring your systematic, analytical way of thinking to the development tasks as a team player.
• Very good German and English skills and a willingness to travel worldwide complete your profile.
