Aufgaben:
Responsible for measurement, prototyping and assembly facilities (including equipment)
Responsible for process development activities for LED applications
Create working instructions for the measurement and prototyping equipment
Organizing maintenance and repair of the prototyping equipment
Support purchasing of new equipment and software
Identify new process technologies in alignment with development and operation teams
Define Design of Experiments (DoE's)
Responsible for Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
Evaluate and analyze test results with statistical tools
Document and present test results
Support benchmarking, prototyping and product launch activities
Organize and attend technical meetings
Communicate regularly with all stakeholders about measurement and testing related items
Deliver input to product roadmap and improvement activities

Qualifikationen:
Minimum requirement is a Technician degree (e.g. Mechatronics). Candidates with a University / FH degree (Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) are also encouraged to apply
Ability to clearly communicate and document technical results
Ability to communicate fluently in English and German (written and spoken)
Interest in hands-on tasks and practical work, however driven by an attitude of accuracy, precision, reliability and safety
Team player mentality
Highly flexible as well as well-organized and highly motivated
Knowledge of statistical process control and analysis software, such as Minitab, is a plus
