Job summary

Carnival Maritime GmbH is recruiting for its Hamburg office to optimize fleet technical business processes and support system adoption across ship and shore teams.

You will coordinate training, serve as a subject matter expert, and drive improvements in process, system performance, and user experience while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or completed professional training in Business Administration, Maritime Management, Process Management, Project Management or a comparable qualification.
• First professional experience in project management, process improvement, change management, training management or system implementation.
• Sound understanding of business process management and continuous improvement, ability to analyse process, system and data-related issues and develop practical solutions.
• Experience in supporting the implementation and daily use of business systems, including user support, training coordination and the preparation of user guidance.
• Background in maritime, cruise or Fleet Technical Operations environments would be an advantage.
• Business fluent English skills and confident use of Microsoft Office 365, especially SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams; Power BI, project management tools or RAID/action logs would be a plus.
• Structured and self-driven way of working, ability to coordinate multiple activities in parallel and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across shore and fleet.

Responsibilities
