- Co-responsible for the performance and monitoring of Process, Method, Tools & Data (PMTD) within the PSE (Production System Efficiency) & Digitalization organization for the A320 family Final Assembly Lines (FALs).
- Act as a focal point for the Final Assembly Line (FAL) Standard Line Balancing (SLB) Community to develop competencies across FALs. Monitor Process Planning maturity, identify opportunities for improvement, and launch associated initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with business requirements collected from the A320 family FALs and Airbus Processes. Reduce IT landscape complexity with a focus on sustainability and process efficiency.
- Contribute to the specification of business needs and follow the development of solutions.
- Identify Business Representatives from each A320 Family FAL needed to contribute to various steps of new solutions.
- Coordinate their involvement to validate milestones.
- Develop and implement deployment strategies and governance across the A320 Family FALs to ensure user-friendly and process-compliant tools accepted by operations.
- Secure validation of benefits from each solution with impacted business functions.
- Prepare and execute Milestone Review Meetings and continuously report to stakeholders at different levels.
- Lead and manage transversal deployment and coaching teams.
- Drive synergies across A320 FALs.
Your profile:
- Completed studies in Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification.
- More than three years of professional experience in Production planning and control, and Process Improvement.
- Basic knowledge of Project Management.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Fluent in German and English.
- French is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business.
