Responsibilities
- Co-responsible for performance and monitoring of Process, Method, Tools & Data (PMTD) within the PSE (Production System Efficiency) & Digitalization organization for the A320 family Final Assembly Lines (FALs).
- Act as a focal point for the Final Assembly Line (FAL) Standard Line Balancing (SLB) Community to develop competencies across FALs. Monitor Process Planning maturity, identify opportunities for improvement, and launch associated initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with business requirements collected from the A320 family FALs and Airbus Processes. Reduce IT landscape complexity with a focus on sustainability and efficiency of processes.
- Contribute to the specification of business needs and follow the development of solutions. Identify Business Representatives from each A320 Family FAL needed to contribute to various steps of new solutions.
- Coordinate their involvement to validate milestones.
- Develop and implement a deployment strategy and governance across the A320 Family FALs to ensure user-friendly and process-compliant tools accepted by operations.
- Secure validation of benefits from each solution with impacted business functions.
- Prepare and execute Milestone Review Meetings and report progress to stakeholders at different levels.
- Lead and manage transversal deployment and coaching teams.
- Develop change management plans and drive synergies for A320 FALs.
Profile
- Completed studies in a technical field or as an industrial engineer.
- Deep knowledge of production planning and process improvement.
- Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English.
