Tasks
- Design consulting in 2D and 3D as well as checking the technical feasibility of installations from a production perspective
- Active co-design and optimization of manufacturing processes to make workflows more efficient
- Initiating regular feedback loops to continuously improve the manufacturing environment (CIP)
- Close coordination with the engineering team to validate technical specifications and requirements
- Supporting the entire product development process, from development to series production
- Creation and maintenance of work plans in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Definition and implementation of tool and machine requirements for industrial optimization
Requirements
- Degree in aircraft construction, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
- ALTERNATIVE: completed technical vocational training with additional qualification as a master craftsman
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing / production, design, mechanics (aviation) and process planning
- Experience in MSI (Manufacturing Structure Integration) desirable
- In-depth knowledge of SAP as well as Taksy, Gesy and Tesy and confident handling of Google Workspace
- Business fluent in German and English (at least C1)
- Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) mandatory
