Job description

Tasks

• Conducting and evaluating technical and business analyses to derive and implement optimization measures
• Defining and ensuring quality-relevant actions in the maintenance process, including sustainability control
• Supporting audits in workshop environments and ensuring the sustainable resolution of issues
• Evaluating, documenting, and implementing improvement suggestions in the technical field
• Taking on tasks in the product creation process (PEP), such as engineering, material and work planning, and technical documentation
• Collaborating with relevant departments to optimize processes and ensure quality assurance
• Supporting cross-functional special projects in technical operations

• Promoting continuous process and quality improvements through systematic analysis, planning, and follow-up

Requirements

• Successfully completed technical vocational training, ideally with additional qualifications (e.g., technician or master craftsman certification)
• Extensive experience as SEM in engine overhaul and in-depth knowledge of engine systems and components
• Proficiency in IT systems and workplace-specific software
• Good command of German and English (at least B2)
• Valid and unrestricted work permit for the EU is mandatory
• Willingness to travel for domestic and international assignments
