Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Engagement Lead to join our team at OFI.

The selected candidate will play a key role in leading digital transformation initiatives, optimizing processes, and driving innovation with leading international clients.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Leadership – Manage stakeholder relationships and lead end-to-end projects in Process Mining, RPA, and AI.
• Process Optimization – Identify, analyze, and optimize business processes using tools like Celonis.
• Consulting & Strategy – Provide strategic advice on process efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Team Leadership – Mentor consultants and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Automation & RPA – Drive automation initiatives using tools like UiPath, Power Automate, and Automation Anywhere.

Requirements

• Fluent German ( or C2 level) – mandatory.
• Based anywhere in Europe (including Spain) and available for a hybrid/remote work model.
• At least 2 years of experience in Process Mining and automation tools such as Celonis.
• Strong knowledge of data engineering, process modeling, and analytics.
• Proven consulting skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.
