Responsibilities:

This opportunity has the potential to develop into a Team Lead position.

1. Set-up, operation, and monitoring of coating systems.
2. Troubleshooting and performing maintenance and cleaning tasks on machines and systems.
3. Ensuring compliance with quality standards, including recording scrap and conducting rework if necessary.
4. Documenting the production process (e.g., setup times, disruptions, production orders, etc.).
5. Carrying out data entries in the ERP and MES systems.
6. Active involvement in the continuous improvement process (CIP).
7. After initial training, assuming team leadership for the coating line.

Qualifications:

1. Completed vocational training as a Process Mechanic for Plastics and Rubber Technology or a comparable field.
2. Experience in the textile or plastics processing industry, such as machine setup and operation.
3. Certification and confident handling of industrial trucks (e.g., forklift trucks) is a plus.
4. B1 fluency in German, written and spoken.
5. Independent, structured, and proactive work style.
6. Flexibility, resilience, and strong team and organizational skills.
7. Good understanding of production processes.
8. Willingness to work in shifts.
