Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd. is seeking a candidate for the position of Process and PMI (Post-Merger Integration) Manager to join the Enlight U.S team.
This role will focus on designing, optimizing, documenting, implementing, and measuring processes and workflows between Enlight’s headquarters and its U.S. subsidiary in Boise, Idaho.
This position includes creating processes and solutions to enhance operations and collaboration between organizational units, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across different locations.

• Several years of professional experience within the U.S.
• Experience working in Israel or with Israeli organizations.
• Native-level English.
