Qualifikationen

Jobbeschreibung

Our Finance department consists of Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Controlling, Finance Operations and Indirect Procurement teams. We represent the interface for all relevant company key figures.

As part of the Finance Operations team, as a Process Manager Finance (m/f/d) with a focus on risk management and the internal control system, you will have the opportunity to drive forward interesting finance projects in cooperation with numerous operational teams. You will also work closely with your team lead.

Responsibilities
  • Optimization and further development of the internal control system (ICS) and risk management with a focus on qualitative improvements and the integration of additional business processes
  • Implementation and documentation of controls as well as review and assessment of the appropriateness and effectiveness of the documented measures
  • Identifying and analyzing process and system weaknesses within the ICS and deriving optimization potential in relevant business processes
  • Creating, maintaining and methodically developing the risk register
  • Carrying out risk assessments (Monte Carlo simulation)
  • Independent prioritization and implementation of projects in the area of finance
  • Managing and organizing collaboration with external cooperation partners and service providers
  • Cross-functional collaboration with relevant operational teams, such as Purchasing, Logistics or Finance-internal Tech Department
Requirements
  • Successfully completed business studies with a focus on finance, risk management, compliance, controlling, business development or similar.
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally in auditing, management consulting, risk management or project management
  • Strong analytical skills and process thinking
  • Hands-on mentality and high level of initiative to drive new processes and optimize existing ones
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), MS Dynamics 365 F&O and SAP is an advantage
