As a Process Manager for Change Processes, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes, interfaces, and services for the market role supplier. You'll support SAP systems, assist users, and drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities of a Process Manager will include:

• Provide productive support for SAP systems, including user support and process optimization.
• Evaluate new requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and create cost estimates in close collaboration with customers and IT.
• Collaborate closely with testing, migration, and training teams, and communicate effectively with account management and clients.
• Conception and analysis of processes, interfaces, and services.

Process Manager Key Requirements:

• A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Energy Management, Engineering, or similar, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in the energy industry and energy regulation, with knowledge of SAP R/3 IS-U, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong methodological skills, openness to new topics, and innovative working methods.
• Experience leading training or information events, with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
