Qualifikationen

  • 3+ Jahre relevante Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement und QMS.
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Führung von funktionsübergreifenden Änderungen.

Aufgaben

  • Verbindung spezifischer D&IS-Prozesse mit lokalen/regionalen Geschäftszielen.

Could you be the full-time Process Improvement Coordinator & APSYS Lead in Berlin we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates. Supporting the Central Performance & Transformation Team to govern process adoption across DACH/CNE and being the owner of manage processes will be your future role.

We’ll look to you for:

  1. Connect specific D&IS processes to local/regional business objectives and performance
  2. Drive process performance KPI tree at regional level
  3. Ensure regular reporting to local/regional management
  4. Drive coordination with Methods & Tools for D&IS DACH/CNE
  5. Support preparation and conduct of official campaigns for CMMI
  6. Drive continuous deployment and improvement of APSYS across the region
  7. Lead network of local APSYS leaders
  8. Lead preparation and conduct of official campaigns for APSYS
