Job Description:

This role can be based in one of our EU Sort Centers across the UK, Spain, France, Germany, or Italy.

Are you interested in shaping the future of Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) for our Sort Center operations? Do you want to work in a large-scale organization with a start-up feeling? Do you want to create processes, operating models, and drive network improvements? Are you passionate about improving operational routines and performance?

The EU Sort Center (EUSC) Process Excellence team is seeking a Process Expert- Standard Work to develop a world-class middle mile process that delivers goods on time at the best cost. This role supports Amazon transportation and drives operational excellence across the EUSC network. The ideal candidate has experience managing large projects and demonstrates a bias for action in a startup environment.

The role requires approximately 15% travel within the EU.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the improvement of standard work and leadership routines, owning documentation, and evolving routines as the business develops.
2. Providing governance for Process Excellence documents and managing quality control systems for timely updates.
3. Standardizing metrics bridge requirements and integrating them into leadership routines.
4. Optimizing multi-use flows (M3) standard work and integrating them into leadership routines.
5. Collaborating with Finance on the ATS Standard Staffing Model, providing standard work, and analyzing data to optimize roles.
6. Engaging with other Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve customer outcomes.

Basic qualifications:

• A degree in business, supply chain, transportation economics, or a technical field.
• Experience in supply chain, transportation project management, or management consulting.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholder communication.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with cross-functional and regional programs, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Data analysis skills with large datasets.

Preferred qualifications:

• Operations experience in EU ATS.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
